Common questions

How often should I get my air con regassed?
Air con systems typically need regassing every 1-2 years. Some systems may need it sooner if there is a slow leak. If your air con is not as cold as it used to be, book a check and we will advise.
What is the difference between R134a and R1234yf?
R134a and R1234yf are different refrigerant gases used in different cars. R1234yf is newer and environmentally friendlier. We handle both correctly and use the right gas for your vehicle.
Why does my air con smell?
Air con smells can come from mould in the filter or evaporator, or bacteria growth. We can diagnose the source and advise on cleaning or filter replacement to freshen up your system.
